1. Returning Your Order (Cooling-Off Period)
Under UK law, if you purchase goods online, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it for any reason, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which replaced the Distance Selling Regulations.
How to Return Your Order

You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your return request.
You will receive a full refund for the item. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty or not as described. If you opted for an enhanced delivery service (e.g., Express Shipping), we will only refund the standard shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Exceptions:
Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for cancellation unless faulty.

2. Returns & Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Goods

After 6 months: You may still be entitled to a partial refund if you can prove the issue was present at the time of delivery.
